On site we define viewing angles, cable routes and the place for the recorder. The street and the neighbour’s plot stay out.
Install
One cable per camera for power and data (PoE), neatly routed through stone and render, with weatherproof connections.
Set up
App, users, notifications and person and vehicle detection, tuned so not every cat triggers an alert.
Support
Updates, extensions and remote help. We stay reachable even when you’re not on the island.

Weatherproof UniFi cameras for façade, driveway, terrace and indoors. Up to 8K resolution, for example with the 180° camera with two 4K sensors, and with night vision.

If the internet goes down, the cameras keep recording. A small UPS covers power cuts.

Are there really no monthly costs?
Yes. Recorder, cameras and app are bought once. You pay no subscription for recording, remote access or person and vehicle detection.
Am I allowed to put cameras on my house in Spain?
Yes, for your own property. The street and neighbouring plots may only appear as little as necessary; we mask the rest with privacy zones. A “Zona videovigilada” sign is mandatory.
What happens during an internet or power outage?
Without internet the recorder keeps recording locally; you just can’t watch remotely. A UPS bridges power cuts. If you like, we combine fiber with Starlink as a backup.
Can I keep using the previous owner’s cameras?
Sometimes, if they are standard IP cameras. Often, though, they are cloud systems with a subscription. We take a look and tell you honestly what’s worth it.
Are there cameras without cables?
Yes, WiFi and battery cameras. For permanent surveillance we recommend cable: more stable, no battery changes, no dead spots.
What does a system cost?
It depends on the number of cameras, the cable routes and the recorder. Call-out fee and hourly rate are on our pricing page. The first consultation is free.
