We come to your finca or apartment and check everything technical with professional test equipment: internet, network, WiFi, smart home, safety systems, cameras, intercom and gate motors. You get a report with target and measured values.

What we check
Fiber or copper, repeater or access point: that’s our job. The check always covers the whole property.
Which connection is there, and does the speed actually arrive? We measure the fiber signal right at the connection, plus mobile coverage and Starlink suitability as an alternative or backup.
Every network socket is tested: is the cable wired correctly, and does it deliver the speed your devices need?
Signal strength and speed in every room, on the terrace and by the pool. You see in black and white where it drops out.
Lights, climate, shutters, irrigation, sensors: what is installed, what works, and can it be controlled remotely?
Are the cameras recording? Does the doorbell reach your phone? We check picture, recording and notifications.
Gate motors, electronic locks and access systems: function on site and control via app.
Smoke and heat detectors, CO detectors, air quality and water leak sensors, alarm system and motion sensors: we trigger test alarms, check battery and radio status, and whether the alert actually reaches your phone.
How it works
Via WhatsApp or email. You don’t need to be there: your property manager or a key handover is enough.
With professional test equipment, room by room. Two to four hours, depending on size.
For every test point the target value, measured value and result, with photos and a clear list of what to do.
A short call about the results. Whether anything gets done, and by whom, is up to you.

FAQ
No. Someone just needs to let us in, for example your property manager. To check apps and remote access it helps to have the login details, or for you to be reachable by phone for a moment.
It goes into the report with the reason, for example “Camera app: no access”. We never mark anything as checked that we haven’t measured ourselves.
No. The check is a measurement and assessment, so the result stays neutral. If you like, we’ll send a separate quote for the work afterwards.
Neither. The report documents the technical condition at the time of measurement. Internet speeds vary with time of day and provider.
No. We check that detectors and sensors work and that their alerts arrive. Statutory maintenance of fire protection systems remains the job of an authorised company.
In English. On request also in German or Spanish, for example for the seller, agent or property manager.
More space, outdoor areas, outbuildings, gates and usually much more technology. So the on-site measurement takes longer.
